The Research On The Satisfaction Of Pension Services In The Country Of Anhui Province

The 18th CPC National Congress proposed that actively cope with the aging of the population, vigorously develop the old-age services. As a major agricultural province in the central region,Anhui Province’s aging performance in the country is particularly prominent. In rural areas of Anhui Province, the number of empty nest families with the labor force to urban mobility transfer increased year by year, and changes in family structure also send the traditional family pension mode facing challenges; as the elderly population increases year by year,the demand for pension services is also growing. So the study of pension services of Anhui Province is representative, and it has a guiding role of the national pension service industry direction. This paper takes Anhui Province as an example, using the survey data to analysis influencing factors of satisfaction of rural pension services, and to explore the development path of rural old-age service industry.This paper based the 300 valid questionnaires from organization of The University of Anhui rural reform and Economic Social Development Research Institute and specific research of the son of farmers in Anhui University community,research the impact of rural pension service satisfaction factors.Firstly, this article analysis five aspects including the personal circumstances, the family conditions, living conditions, the supply and demand of pension mode,the supply and demand of pension services to conduct descriptive statistics and comparative analysis. Then it assumed that the pension service satisfaction as the explained variable, pension mode as the key explanatory variables,personal circumstances-, the subjects family、living conditions and the supply and demand of pension services as explanatory variables, using the software named spass for quantitative analysis to draw the following conclusion:firstly, in rural areas of Anhui Province Supply and Demand of pension services does not match.Secondly, the homes for the aged, commercial endowment insurance mode of rural elderly people to enjoy the pension service satisfaction.Thirdly,other control variables, such as the personal characteristics of the rural elderly, family conditions, living conditions also have a significant impact on the satisfaction of the pension service. Based on the above conclusions, the author puts forward the following suggestions:firstly, the government plays an important role in the formation and development of the pension services industry. Regulate the management of pension institutions and other social pension institutions, strengthen policy support efforts to guide farmers to change the concept of social pension institutions to improve the occupancy rate. Secondly, pension institutions target to provide pension services. Thirdly, at this stage to vigorously promote the way home care.Fourthly, to improve the income of farmers as the fundamental starting point and the end result. We also take notice of that in the current the way of family support for the elderly can not be given up,and it rely on family pension mode gradually promote the homes for the elderly pension and other social pension institutions to improve the value of rural elderly care service satisfaction.This paper mainly included six aspects:the first chapter is the introduction, mainly including the ideas and methods of the research purpose and significance, research content, research and innovations. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the existing research, the development of pension services and to evaluate the related literature summary. The third chapter is the Anhui rural endowment service development process of combing new Chinese, roughly divided into the reform and opening up before and after the reform and opening up the pension service status. Chapter four is on the basic situation of the investigation subject descriptive statistics, mainly from the personal, family, life, the supply and demand of pension compared nursing service of supply and demand in these areas compared were brief summary and analysis. Chapter five is the key part of this article, on the basis of descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis, it mainly using multiple linear regression models, make the pension service satisfaction as explanatory variables, and make the pension as the key explanatory variables, adding explanatory variables including personal circumstances, family situation, living conditions and pension services, analysis of its impact is significant, and on how much impact, and put forward a reasonable explanation. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
