The fundamental reason why people differ from other species as higher animals is that because of its history,human is the sum of all social relations.From the primitive society to class society,man has become a “natural political creature”.Social and historical factors contribute to the difference between men and women.What's more,they were also treated unequally in the field of education.Men own more opportunities in education than women in most countries.The female who occupied half of the population,if their rights can be protected and development,the country's democratic development and social stability can be sustained.One country where women have a good chance of getting education is one of the signs of equality between men and women.In south Asian India,women has few chances to get education.science and technology promotes society,After India's independence in 1947,the status of women has greatly improved gradually,but still deeply imprison their traditional society the development of women,one of the most direct impact is the development of woman's education.After independence,promoting the development of woman's education as one of the main content of government work.This article attempts to analysis the history of development of woman's education process as the object from the perspective of gender study the characteristics of woman's education development and achievements since India's independent,,and combined with actual situation in India,analyses the problems existing in the development of the woman's education,and then forecast the development trend of the future.
