The Equality Of Educational Security Theory On Continuing Education Stage

Equality of citizen’s right of education is as a basic right in most countries’ constitution after World War Ⅱ. Continuing education, as an essential part of the lifelong education, is valued and improved, as well as being given practical security to its right to education by the western developed countries. However, our country’s continuing education with rapid growth reflects some problems in recent30years. In this paper, in reference to the domestic and foreign scholars on the continuing education stage right guarantee of development of theory on the basis of the study of Education, it is proposed feasible measures through the analysis on the citizen’s right to education inequality.
