Research On Community Governance In The Process Of Traditional Village Development

The formation and development of traditional villages has witnessed a series of historical changes from the time of collecting and hunting to the age of agricultural civilization,it also precipitates the unique and inheritable cultural heritage which contains rich both material and intangible cultural heritage,generated by means of production and living.Thus it is a whole unit integrating social value,historical and cultural value,art value and scientific value.However,in the path of the construction of the urbanization and the villagers in the demands of modern life,under the various forces of modern society,the internal structure of the traditional village is experiencing unprecedented changes,it has undergone tremendous changes in many aspects,such as the mode of production and living,the value of social organization,and the demand of interests.In order to cope with the great transformation of traditional village social structure,it is necessary to introduce the governance model that matches the characteristics of traditional villages and their development status.This paper discusses the application of community governance in the development of traditional village.It is found that the community governance idea with multiple participation and cooperation,can help traditional villages to realize the modernization of governance and revitalize the community system and enhance the enthusiasm of democratic participation,it is also helpful to alleviate the multiple contradictions in the process of development,such as the unbalance between the protection and development,the conflict between the improvement of living environment and the maintenance of traditional scenes,to get out of the difficult situation,such as the relatively lagging governance mode,the strong administrative color and the incomplete social participation mechanism.Based on the situation above,this paper constructs a traditional village community governance model that emphasizes modern governance,it aims at reconstructing community community-system,activating the village endogenous power,focuses on autonomous system,support system and administrative system,and takes building community awareness,promoting and developing traditional culture,optimizing the living environment and developing industrial economy as ways.Finally,this paper takes Wuhan Luo Jiagang traditional village as an example to use the traditional village community governance model constructed by considering this village's current development situation.It shows the application process of this mode and provides the reference suggestion for the development path of Luo Jiagang traditional village.By applying the community governance related content to the traditional village,it is of referential values for the protection and development of traditional villages in the new era,meanwhile it broadens the practical application boundary of the concept of community governance and further improves the research system of community governance.
