Study On The Development Of Social Organizations In Yuxi City

In recent years,with the rapid economic development and social development in our country,the number of social organizations in our country has also been constantly increasing,the scale has been continuously expanded,and the content of forms has become more and more diverse and active in the economic,political,and cultural fields.With the gradual transfer of government functions in China,social organizations bear more important responsibility of social governance and public service provision,and play an important role in the social stability,economic prosperity,and continuous improvement of government governance capabilities.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,social organizations were mentioned five times and fully affirmed their great role in the development of socialist democratic politics,strengthening and innovation of social governance,speeding up the reform of the ecological civilization system,and building the grassroots party organizations.However,as compared with developed countries,the overall level of development of social organizations in our country is still low,and there are still many difficulties in the social environment,policy support,talent introduction,and funds.To a certain extent,it affects the transformation of China's government functions and governance.The process of modernizing the system and governance capabilities.As an economically strong city in Yunnan Province,the development of social organizations has a profound impact on all aspects of Yuxi.However,at present,the development of social organizations in Yuxi still lags behind.The main problems are that the total amount is small and the scale is small;the development is unbalanced;the lack of credibility,and the low degree of social identification are related issues,all of which restrict the social organization of Yuxi to some extent.For this reason,the author analyzed the literature data and conducted field research.First of all,he combed and analyzed the related issues in the development process of social organizations in Yuxi City,and from the perspective ofpublic management,he targeted development of social organizations in Yuxi City and proposed policy recommendations.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction.The research background,research significance,literature review,definition of related concepts,theoretical basis,research ideas and research methods were discussed,focusing on the core parts of literature review,related concepts and theoretical basis.The second part of the thesis focuses on an overview of the status quo of the development of social organizations in Yuxi and its main characteristics,as a factual basis for full-text research.The third part elaborates on the related problems existing in the development of social organizations in Yuxi City.It closely analyzes the problems existing in the development of social organizations in Yuxi City and combs them with the status quo.The relevant reasons are summarized.The fourth part is the relevant practices and experiences of some social organizations in our country,and analyzes the related enlightenment to the social organizations in Yuxi.The fifth part is about promoting the development of social organizations in Yuxi City.It consists of three different perspectives: government,social organizations,and interaction between government and society.They include the government should raise its own understanding,optimize the development environment of social organizations,social organizations should strengthen To build its own capacity,improve core competitiveness,and the interaction between government and society,we should establish and improve the relevant policy recommendations such as the interaction mechanism between the government and social organizations.The sixth part is the author's conclusions and reflections.
