Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Organizations Participating In Social Governance In Yibin City

With the rapid development of the internet and information age,the reform of "put service",the reform of institutions and the reform of social organizations,the development of economic and social development,the main body of social governance from one yuan to multiple,and the participation of multiple subjects has become the basic value orientation and mode of social governance.Social organization,with its unique advantages to undertake the transfer of government functions,is an important subject of social governance,showing great vitality and development potential.However,in the practice of social governance,social organizations face many prominent problems,which seriously restrict the effect of participation in social governance.Therefore,in the critical period of social reform,the system studies the social governance of the social organizations in Yibin city at all levels,systematically studies the social governance of Yibin city,through the problem orientation,combined with typical domestic and international experience and Yibin city,put forward feasible countermeasures,for social organization sustainable development of health,improve the ability of public service,effective participation in social governance significance,while other similar areas of social organizations to participate in social governance has certain reference.This paper takes the social governance of Yibin city as the research object,mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and descriptive statistics method,according to the discovery question,analysis problem,solve the problem of the context,to the outstanding problems and way out of the social organization of Yibin city in the social governance.First,this paper introduces the research background and significance,concept definition and related theory,domestic and foreign research,research scheme and possible innovation and deficiency;Secondly,this paper describes the social governance status of the social organizations in Yibin city,including the basic development of social organizations,the government support their participation in social governance situation,social organizations participate in social governance three aspects of the current situation;Third,this paper expounds and analyzes the prominent problems and main reasons of the social governance of Yibin city in the social organization.Fourth,according to the prominent problems found.drawing on the typical experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the social management of the social organizations in Yibin city.From the status and problems of social organization in the city of Yibin,we can know:first,social organizations like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,rapid development,but there is a big gap in the sustainable development of health norms and active and effective participation in social governance;Second,the lack of government policy,slow transfer of government functions,inadequate supervision system,political and economic cooperatives,information construction lag,lack of financial support,social organizations own lack of ideas,lack of funds,internal management disorder,the lag of professional team building and low credibility of social credibility,participation in social governance is not enough to participate in social governance of the main reasons for poor social governance;Third,through improving the support policy,accelerating the transformation of functions,strengthening the construction of supervision system,establishing education and training system and consulting democratic channels,strengthening information publicity and information construction,and establishing social organization development special funds,social organizations through the establishment of "internet plus social governance"concept,multi-financing,establish and improve internal governance mechanism,strengthen the team of talents and integrity,and so on,to solve the practical problems of social governance in the current social organizations.
