As a special form of social organization,the unit community has played a huge role in the management of the city.But nowadays,with the deepening of the reform of the system and the development of market economy,the community management model attached to the unit has been challenged by the institutional and social development environment.In order to constantly improve the management ability and the management system in our country's modernization,realize people's yearning for a better life,improve people's living environment,management mode of unit to the attached communityneed from the traditional administrative welfare gradually toward self-service,self-management.Because of traditional administrative welfare management mode of attachment units is not only a heavy financial burden,and the unclear property rights will result in inconsistent rights and obligations of residents,will ultimately affect the ability of the residents themselves collective action choice and consumption consciousness raise.X community towards autonomy is attached to the unit and other main body the result of joint efforts,which is also a democracy at the grassroots level autonomous exploration,in the process,the attached community based on the requirements of our own financial pressure and reform,makes regulation reform,community public part of the maintenance responsibility,the conversion of the realization of property right clarity,village owner under the guidance of leaders and activists to take an active part in,active bear,finally realize the socialization of property management,community residents not only promote the communication between each other and gradually formed the payment means,to lay a solid foundation for the realization of the autonomy.According to the X community of practice,the author from three levels:government,attached to the unit,owners of the community gives some specific path design,for the units that are in transition or to be transformed.for reference.
