Since the 1970 s,social organizations have risen widely around the world.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the establishment of a socialist market economic system,various types of social organizations have mushroomed and become an important force in economic and social development.In the process of social transformation in our country,the relationship between the government and society is constantly changing.Especially in the field of public services,there is a trend of diversification of service providers.A large number of social organizations have begun to intervene in public services,and they have made up for it in various ways.The deficiencies of the government and the market.Gansu Province has been one of the poorest provinces in China due to its special geographical location and historical reasons.Its pre-school education level is relatively low.In 2011,with the advancement of the “Three-Year Action Plan for the First Pre-primary Education”,the gross enrollment rate in Gansu Province in the three years before school increased significantly,but at the same time there are still many problems.Q social organizations use the model of collective influence to try to promote the development of rural preschool education in Gansu Province through multiple cooperation with the Provincial Department of Education,local colleges,and local education bureaus,and have already achieved initial success in some places.This paper takes social system theory as a support and J pilot county as an example to conduct field research to study the effectiveness of social organizations in preschool education in rural areas.
