Research On Government-society Cooperation During The Development Of The New Urbanization

According to The 18th and The 19th National Congress of The Communist Party of China's spirit and deployment,promoting urbanization has become an important carrier for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Building a people-centered new type of urbanization is an important measure to solve the major problems of the new type urbanization and promote balanced development between urban and rural areas and will be better meet the needs of Peasant masses.Throughout the development of urbanization in China,the trend about the complexity of public affairs and diversified governance body have become grower,govemment management and social management have formed the relationship about the restriction between each other,promoting between each other and a situation of symbiotic win.Under this background,traditional government governance cannot meet the needs of contemporary social development,and the cooperative governance between government and society have become a new model of governance.Not only the cooperation of government and society conducive to promote the healthy development of new urbanization,but also conducive to promote the effective integration of interests of multiple social subjects.However,in terms of the reality,a profound change in the rapid development of economy and society in providing an opportunity about the cooperation of government and society at the same time,social contradictions and social risk are also rising,the new governance model about the cooperation of government and society becomes difficult,and also faces many challenges at the same time.Therefore,clarify the main connotation and practical significance about the cooperation of government and society and explore effective strategies of the cooperation of government and society is the key to promote the construction of new-type urbanization.Combining normative analysis and empirical analysis and governance mutual model,carrying out a comprehensive and in-depth study on the cooperation issues in the construction of new-type urbanization.The frame structure of the thesis is divided into"introduction" and "summary and outlook",including four main parts:The first main part is "core concept,theoretical basis and analysis tool's explanation".This part in the new definition tells the meaning of the concept and characteristics of urbanization,the cooperation of government and society and pattern as well as the theoretical basis of the study,after detail governance interdependence,modules of the model and the model for analysis of the construction of the new urbanization's cooperation between government and society problem's suitability.The second main part is "the current situation and problems of the cooperation between government and society's organizations in the new urbanization construction".In this part,the author gives an overview of the institutional norms and achievements of the cooperation between government and society's organizations in the construction of new-type urbanization,analyzing the problems and causes of the operation of government and society 's organizations in the construction of new urbanization.The third main part is "the empirical analysis of the cooperation between government and society's organizations in the new urbanization construction under the perspective of governance and mutual reliance—taking the shantytown transformation as an example in Xianning city,Hubei province".Using the perspective of governance interdependence,the elaborations of the warm springs shanty network","a sound scientific cooperation between government and society mechanism" four aspects,the author presents a new optimized cooperation between government and society in the construction of
