Research On The Dilemma Of Urban Floating Population Community Social Organization

In recent years,with the speeding up of urbanization development,the community in the process of social development highlights the important role,combined with the change of government function is put forward to promote the diversification of social governance body of social governance model,and in the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in promote equal basic public services" planning "explicitly put forward" foster the development of community social organizations to support the following basic public services at the grass-roots level and government commitments",this shows that the community social organizations on the management and development of the community have important significance.Community social organizations in the community also vigorous development,with a variety of types to meet the needs of community residents in many aspects,but it also exist problems and difficulties in the process of the development,especially the floating population of the community social organizations.Community social organizations of the floating population in essentially the same as the other community social organizations,but compared with other community social organizations has its own particularity,it is at the members of the floating population,meet the demand of community life of the floating population.Although the community social organizations of the floating population has its own particularity,but its development process and is similar to the general community social organizations,had similar problems and diffculties,and also comes with its own unique difficulties.In this paper,based on wuhan Q of the community "the mall volunteer league"project as an example,in the case study method as the main study way to cultivate the mall volunteer league organization of the analysis of dilemma.Through the social workers,members of the floating population(head),community workers and floating population group interviews and the internship experience,from the government,the community social organizations of the floating population and social work institutions in several aspects to analyze organization cultivating dilemma.The results show that there is a lack of independence in the development of community social organizations in the floating population.Lack of social resources and strong organizational dependence;Lack of incentive mechanism,low enthusiasm of members;Lack of credibility and lack of community influence;The internal structure is imperfect and the organization is in difficulty.These difficulties hinder the cultivation process of the social organization of the floating population and have a negative impact on the later development.Through the analysis of the causes of breeding difficulties,the author finds that the development of the organization is closely related to the government,social worker institutions and the floating population groups.In order to avoid the difficulties in the process of floating population community social organizations to foster and promote the rapid development of the organization in the late,the author from the support of the government level,the floating population community social organization internal structure optimization and social work institutions play three aspects to explore their own advantages,according to the reasons of the difficulties and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Through the improvement of three aspects,together to promote the rapid development of the community social organizations of the floating population,and other community social organizations provide reference experiences in the cultivation of floating population,provide more diversified services for the floating population.
