The Floating Population In Community Health Service Current Analysis And Countermeasures Research In Shanghai

Since the implementation of the pilot community health services in the1990s, the development of community health services in Shanghai has been at the forefront of the country.Relative to household population, the floating population of Shanghai in the supply and utilization of community health services in a weak position, performance has been in short supply, financing and utilization of low level.It’s difficult to provide health care and basic health service for the majority of the floating population,not only hindered the development of community health services, but also is inconducive to the improvement of the health level of the floating population.The paper was combined with the knowledge of many disciplines such as sociology, statistics, demography, economics, research methods, and got the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Through the analysis of literature data, questionnaire investigation method research, by using the structural equation model from the perspective of community health service needs, utilization and satisfaction analysis. It is discussed and analyzed the basic situation of community health service provider, demander and external environment,and on the basis of a comprehensive discussion on community health service for floating population in vulnerable characteristics and relevant interest groups, put forward suitable community health service development strategy for the floating population, so as to further improve and develop the community health service in Shanghai City, and also provided reference for the the other city to carry out community health services of the floating population.The main research contents are as follows:(1) The external development of the floating population in community health services environment, including socio-economic environment, policy support environment, community health service centers and illegal medical institutions, market competition environment. Also included are a floating population of community health services funding environment, the cooperative medical scheme, such as service workers, community health care contract. (2) Analysis of the Shanghai community health services run the status quo, especially the management system and operational characteristics of the community health service centers to identify the key factors restricting the floating population of community health service development and supply-side in the process of community health services, mobile population the main problem.(3) Analysis of community health service needs, utilization and satisfaction of the floating population, and the main problems of the floating population of community health services,exploring the mutual relations and its influencing factors in the responsiveness and satisfaction of the floating population of community health services.
