Current Situation,Problems And Solutions Of The Informatization Management Of Cadre And Personnel Files In S Prison

The cadre and personnel file is an important basis of the administration of personnel affairs,and play a significant role in the organization and personnel work of our government agencies.How to use the information management method to improve its efficiency has become an important issue of government agencies.To integrate the practice of the management of cadre and personnel files,the thesis analyzes its current situation,point out problems from three aspects of institution,technology and manpower,and tries to probe the way to settle the problems with the theory of e-government,top level design and modern incentive,using the method of literature research,observation and comparison.Firstly,to improve the management efficiency of cadre and personnel files,we should perfect macro planning,build up and improve system mechanism.Secondly,we should increase capital investment and make research of information security technology.Thirdly,in terms of manpower,we should establish scientific education training mechanism and incentive mechanism,to improve file clerks' management ability,as well as to stimulate their work enthusiasm.
