| Cadre personnel files mainly reflect the ideological and political status of cadres themselves,work performance,political style,integrity and self-discipline,law-abiding,working family and social relations.It is not only an important basis for selecting and appointing cadres,but also an important ruling resource of the party.However,due to the influence of various factors,there are some problems in the management of cadre personnel files in our country,which leads to its inability to provide good services for the personnel organization department.How to effectively improve the management level of cadre personnel files is an important subject that archivists need to explore and study systematically.Guided by the new public service theory and the principle of party management cadres,this thesis takes the personnel file management of cadres in Yuanbao District Dandong as the research object,and uses the methods of Literature Research,interview and so on,this thesis makes a study on the problems existing in the management of the personnel files of the cadres in Dandong.Firstly,the development process and current situation of cadre and personnel archives management in China are expounded.Secondly,the current situation of cadre and personnel archives management in Yuanbao District of Dandong City is understood through interviews,including an overview of the current situation,achievements and problems.The main problems are as follows: the contents of Cadre’s personnel files are missing,the management of Cadre’s personnel files is not standardized,the service quality of Cadre’s personnel file manager is not in place,and the Information Service of Cadre’s personnel file management is not perfect,the contents include: the Cadre Personnel File Management Consciousness is weak,the cadre personnel file management personnel quality is low,the cadre personnel file management history question restriction,the cadre personnel file information construction investment is insufficient;finally proposed the improvement countermeasure,the contents include: Raising the importance of cadre personnel file management,enhancing the ideological awareness of personnel file management,improving the quality of cadre personnel file management,strengthening the construction of Cadre Personnel File Management Professional Team,speeding up the informationization process of cadre personnel files management,etc.Its basic goal is to put forward a set of relatively perfect and strong Operability improvement program,to provide reference and guidance for the cadre personnel file management practice in Dandong Yuanbao district,and to continuously improve the cadre personnel file management capacity in Dandong Yuanbao district. |
