The personnel file fraud have occurred,in cluding age,seniority,qualifications and resume fraud is particularly serious,the Central Commission for Discipline Insp ection of local inspection problem summary,ther e are 15 provinces in the presence of personnel archives fraud.The problem of false records of cadres and personnel files is not only the problem of cadres' integrity,bu t also the m anifestation of corruption.Management of personnel archives fraud,is co nducive to the construction of an honest,efficient and excellent management team,enhance the party m aking use of credibility,to prevent the abuse of power,corruption cont ainment cadres,to create a delicate gas is the leading group.In this paper,since the ei ghteen part of the discipline cadres as a case,through the summary of the cadres and personnel file fraud problem summary,summed up the current status of the cadres and personnel file fraud problem.According to the fact that some cadres discipline,find out the problems existing in the management of cadres and personnel files.Based on the analysis of the internal and external causes of the cadre personnel file fraud,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of the cadre personnel file fraud.This paper argues that,to solve the personnel file fraud problem fundamentally,first of all to promote the integrity education for leading cadres;secondly to comprehensively promote the construction of standardized personnel files,and finally to establish long-term public supervision mechanism.
