Research On Evaluation Of Development Ability Of Smart Pension

With the aggravation of the aging problem,the traditional pension mode has been difficult to meet the increasing demand for the elderly.In order to solve the pension pressure and all kinds of old-age problems,it is very important to transform traditional pension mode into smart pension model in time.Although smart pension has been put into operation for some time,it belongs to the emerging industry,and is still in its infancy.Some ideas are not yet mature,and the participation of the people is not high and the investment of private capital is not very strong,and a series of development bottlenecks need to be broken.Therefore,in order to promote the development of intelligent pension,this paper evaluates and analyses the status of wisdom pension in various cities in China,and then the corresponding countermeasures are made according to the results of the.evaluation,which is an effective solution to accelerate the construction of intelligent endowment.First of all,this paper analyzes the current research status of intellectual endowment at home and abroad,and gives the research ideas and contents of this paper according to the research foundation at home and abroad.Then,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the related concepts,such as intelligent endowment,the development ability of intelligent pension,the platform of intelligent pension service and the object of intelligent pension service and so on,which lays the foundation for further exploration of the evaluation of the development ability of intelligent elderly.Secondly,on the basis of the construction principle of the evaluation index system of intellectual endowment development ability,through studying a large number of relevant literature and consulting experts,it gives the construction process of the evaluation index system of intelligent endowment development ability,and finally establishes the evaluation index system of the intelligent endowment development capacity of this article.When choosing the evaluation model,this paper first introduces the common evaluation methods and the basis of choosing rough set models,then introduces the relative theory and algorithm steps of rough set theory,and finally selects 15 pilot cities of intelligent endowment in China as research samples.After collecting raw data and data processing,this paper uses rough set model to get index weight and evaluation value,and then analyses the evaluation results based on the weight of each index and the size of evaluation value.This paper also provides some suggestions for the development and construction of intelligent pension from four aspects:speeding up the improvement of Intelligent pension infrastructure,actively training the professional talents of wisdom for the aged,promoting the combination of medical and health care to improve the quality of service for the aged,and rationally optimizing the service system of intelligent pension.
