The Enlightenment Of Marx And Engels Ecological Thoughts On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In China

Since the 17 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,the theoretical concept of the construction of ecological civilization has been proposed for the first time.Subsequently,the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the CPC have further deepened and interpreted the construction of ecological civilization.After more than a decade of sound development,the theoretical level of ecological civilization construction has begun to take shape,and has achieved some results at the practical level.However,in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,there are still some difficulties and deficiencies in the construction of ecological civilization.This article attempts to analyze the ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels to explore the enlightenment of ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels on the construction of ecological civilization,so as to solve the difficulties and defects existing in the construction of ecological civilization.The Marx and Engels ecological thoughts include: nature first thought of sex;people can actively transform nature;people,society,nature and harmonious co-processing theory;capitalist production methods lead to ecological crisis.Marx and Engels' ecological thoughts comprehensively explain human beings and ecology itself from multi-dimensional relationships,human subjective consciousness,and production relations,which have important guiding significance for the construction of ecological civilization.Through the analysis of the literature and materials,the analysis of the problems of ecological civilization construction in China is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the combination of theory and practice is not closely,the implementation of policies and the degree of economic development are deviated,and the construction of ecological civilization in some regions is not targeted.Its success is due to the lack of coordination among family,society,and government;the constraints of local economic development;and the incompleteness of the ecological civilization construction mechanism.In response to the countermeasures,it proposed to include“family,society,and government ” as a whole,divide the “level of economicdevelopment ” into several phases,and discuss the internal needs of ecological civilization construction with “integrity” and “phase” as the core.Combine the actual planning of ecological civilization construction system in various places.We will use Marx and Engels' ecological thinking as a guideline to solve the current problem of ecological civilization construction and play its role more fully and effectively.
