Research On The Legal Application Of Agricultural-related Crimes

The work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is related to the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In recent years,our country has been paying attention to and accelerating development.With the increasing support for the relevant policies for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,funds have been continuously invested,and the crimes related to the work in the three rural areas have been involved.It emerged that some staff members used their positional convenience or the power of their hands to commit illegal and criminal acts,which made it impossible for the central government's policies to be implemented or could not be fully implemented,which intensified the contradictions in the countryside and even affected the development and stability of the entire society.Judging from the judgments concerning crimes involving agricultural posts,the majority of convictions and sentencing offences involving agricultural duty crimes are lighter,and some are not even convicted.There is also controversy over the definition of "jurisdiction," "subject," "duty," and "public property." Therefore,it has become an important issue to solve the problems of the application of these laws by exploring relevant solutions,properly dealing with crimes involving agricultural posts,cracking down on criminals,safeguarding the interests of farmers,and advancing the process of new rural construction.This article focuses on the research on the legal application of duty crimes involving agriculture,including five parts,the first part,and questions.Through the analysis of crimes involving farm-related posts in recent years,the hazards of farm-related duty crimes have been clearly defined,and the need to study the law applicable to farm-related duty crimes has been further clarified.The second part is about the definition of crimes related to agricultural duty.The connotation of “duty crimes,” “agriculture-related,” and “crop crimes related to agriculture” are clarified,and the extension of crimes involving farm work-related crimes is described.In the third part,an empirical analysis of the status quo of crimes involving agricultural jobs.Through the analysis and relevant empirical investigation of theadjudicative documents concerning agricultural crimes in China in the Judicial Document Network of China,the characteristics of the crimes involving farm work-related crimes are described.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the law application of crimes involving farm officials.Through the analysis of the case and empirical analysis,the difficulties in the application of laws concerning agricultural crimes are clarified,and the corresponding analytical solutions are elaborated.The fifth part puts forward suggestions for the legal application of crimes involving farm officials from the aspects of legislation,supervision,judicature and remarks.
