Research On The Improvement Of Salary Management In A Notary Office

In recent years,the national notary agencies are carrying out institutional reforms.The Ministry of Justice requires all notary offices of the existing administrative system to be reorganized into public welfare institutions at the end of 2017.In the future,public welfare institutions will be the main type of national notary office.The management development of notary offices has been the focus of discussion within the judicial administrative organs and the notary public.A Notary Office in S City,Zhejiang Province,is not only a representative in the public notary system reform,but also a typical public welfare institution.The financial system of A Notary Office is self-supporting.This paper makes an improvement research on the salary management of A Notary Office.Based on the theories of salary management,through on-site investigations and surveys this paper analyzes the development status of A notary office since the system reform,and introduces the salary management system of the notary office in detail.Also the paper studies in-depth and analysis the problems in the field and the reasons for the existence of the problem.Combining industry characteristics,the policy factors and the characteristics of A Notary Office,using the method of salary management and through the measures of total control,structural adjustment,job evaluation and performance appraisal mechanism,the paper gives the improvement plan for the salary management of A Notary Office.The improvement plan further highlights the institutional features of public welfare institutions and the characteristics of notary industry.The plan also provides references for the competent authority and the same type of notary office in the construction and improvement of the compensation management system.
