The scourge of drugs is fiercer than tigers.Drug control concerns national survival and social peace.In recent years,countries have stepped up their efforts to ban the use of drug addiction,and community drug addiction is the basic measure for the international community to shrink the drug consumption market.At present,anti-drug social workers are an important reliance force for community drug addiction.Strengthening the construction of anti-drug social workers is an important basis for improving the quality and efficiency of community drug treatment.In community drug addiction,the promotion of social worker teams through government procurement services not only helps to solve the disadvantages of the government's community treatment,but also increases the efficiency of community drug treatment.It also helps foster social service organizations and promotes the professionalization and professional development of anti-drug social workers.This paper takes Shandong Province as an example to conduct in-depth investigations into issues related to community drug rehabilitation and government procurement of social services for anti-drug social workers.It strives to explore effective ways for the government to purchase social worker services for community drug addiction,and strives to give full play to the professional service level of social work so as to increase the implementation rate of community drug treatment.Reduce relapse rate.First of all,we started with research on the status quo of community drug addiction and government procurement of anti-drug social workers in Shandong Province to learn about the current situation of community drug rehabilitation in Shandong Province and the government' s procurement of anti-drug social workers;secondly,based on the investigation and research of the status quo in Shandong Province,we analyzed the current community drug addiction government The predicament of purchasing social service services;Third,through consulting literature,we selected typical examples from the Shanghai and Guangdong cities where community detoxification achieved good results,summarizing the advanced experiences of Shanghai and Guangdong to provide inspiration for the exploration path;and finally,through research on government purchases.The path model of anti-drug social workers' service provided suggestions on the specific path for the government to purchase social worker services in community drug addiction,and tried to put forward countermeasures from three aspects: legal system,social organization training,and anti-drug social worker professionalism mechanism.In community detoxification,the government purchases social worker services fromsocial organizations in the form of projects,effectively monitors and evaluates the service process through standardized project management,guarantees service quality,and provides professional and technical support for the community to get rid of drug addiction and return to society.Can better meet the requirements of service continuity,effectiveness and public welfare.In the initial stage,non-competitive purchases will support the development of social organizations and gradually achieve competitive purchases in an independent relationship.This will be in line with the requirements for the construction of a service-oriented government and better reflect the trend of social governance.Through the improvement of laws and regulations,providing institutional guarantees for government procurement services,actively nurturing social organization development,laying the foundation for the professionalization of anti-drug social workers,increasing the capacity of social organizations to operate independently and the professional competence of anti-drug social workers,fully integrating social resources,and creating acceptance for drug addicts Social environment to help them return to society.
