"A solid foundation,the earth trembled and the mountains swayed".Among the factors that guarantee the stability of the country and the harmony of the society,the work of the grass-roots community plays a vital role.Improving the level of publicity work in grass-roots communities is not only an important measure to enhance the party's construction in the new era,but also an inevitable requirement for improving the people's better service.With the continuous development of the new government media,the grass-roots community has also paid more and more attention to the use of new media to carry out propaganda work.This article is mainly composed of the introduction and three parts.The introduction introduces the background of the research,the current research status at home and abroad,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the ideas and methods of the research,and the innovation.The first part is a basic overview of the propaganda work of the grass-roots community in the new media era.Based on the analysis of the related concepts and the clear research theory,this part combs the opportunities and challenges brought by the new media to the community propaganda work.While the new media provides new development space for the community propaganda,the traditional propaganda method is difficult to meet the requirements of the new media.In the second part,the present situation of the propaganda work of the grass-roots community in the new media era of Chongqing is analyzed.From the perspective of Chongqing,most communities have gained a certain idea and cognition in the propaganda work of the new media through the learning of the central policy and the new situation.They are also developing towards a more perfect direction in the construction of the system.Some communities have already had a certain influence on the construction of new media platform,and can make use of various platforms to locate and build characteristic community culture.But in general,community publicity still lags behind the changing trend of new media.This paper summarizes the prominent problems in the specific work,and analyzes the causes of the problems.First of all,there is a problem of lack of initiative in community propaganda.The propaganda work of some communities is inundatedin the complex community affairs,the consciousness of the main body of the propaganda is not enough,and the situation of passive coping is present.Secondly,because the propaganda mechanism is not in place,the responsibility can not be implemented to people,which leads to insufficient coverage of publicity and little attraction to community residents,which can not improve community residents' sense of participation and lack of autonomy of residents.Finally,in the construction of the new media platform,because of the technology and lack of professional training and other reasons,the platform does not play its due function.The third part,on the existing problems from three aspects of the new media era how to improve the level of community propaganda work in depth study.One is to improve the understanding of propaganda work in breadth and depth way,strengthen ideological and political construction,and improve the mechanism,from the source to ensure effective advocacy work;two is to identify the location of the community,build community culture,we must always adhere to the purpose of serving the people,from the interests of the residents,in a timely manner to dispel misunderstanding,to win people's trust and support;three is the propaganda should accord with actual,not pompous,otherwise it will backfire.We must discard the traditional single propaganda method,use the new media platform to train the opinion leaders in the grass-roots community,propagate the communication pattern and improve the influence and coverage.Only by the close combination of the three can we further improve the community's ability to publicize and improve the level of community construction in the new situation.
