Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Network Propaganda In Qinghemen District, Fuxin City Under The New Media Environment

Today,we have entered the Internet age,which is an era of information explosion,information transmission rate has reached unprecedented heights.In the face of a huge amount of information,it is of great significance to explore how to further do the network propaganda work in the new media environment,which will further improve the government's network government affairs service capability.This paper reviews the literature on Internet propaganda and new media in China through literature research.With the help of interview method,this paper summarizes all kinds of problems in the promotion and implementation of grassroots network propaganda under the new media environment.Based on "administrative ecology theory" and"new public service theory",this paper analyzes the current situation of network publicity in qinghemen district of fuxin city.Fuxin,this paper argues that QingHeMen district government departments in the propaganda work weak network public opinion guide network,online communication and the absence of information feedback,relevant personnel lack of professional news literacy,leading cadre's wrong understanding of network publicity of related issues,such as the main reason lies in the existing public opinion guide mechanism is short,the less developed areas is the digital divide,there was a terrible shortage of professional talents,network publicity from four aspects,such as limitations thinking put forward perfect public opinion guide mechanism,improve the network media literacy,entrust a professional institution to do operation,strengthen the leading cadre network thinking and countermeasures,It provides a path reference for solving the problems of grassroots network propaganda work in similar areas.
