At the National Conference on propaganda and ideological work,General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly summarized the historic achievements and changes of the Party’s propaganda and ideological work since the 18 th National Congress,expounded the historical orientation and mission tasks of the Party’s propaganda and ideological work under the new situation,and profoundly answered a series of directional,fundamental,overall and war questions.Major issues of a strategic nature should be dealt with to make major arrangements for the Party’s propaganda and ideological work under the new situation.In the new era,how to better shoulder the mission of "raising the banner,gathering people’s hearts,educating new people,revitalizing culture and developing image" is the focus of this paper.Therefore,in order to achieve this goal,a certain design is made from the overall framework.First of all,it points out the importance of propaganda and ideological work at the grass-roots level.Then,through the analysis of the new environment faced by the grass-roots propaganda and ideological work in the new era,the background of the times is clear.Secondly,this paper introduces the current situation of propaganda and ideological work in G County,conducts a questionnaire survey,and carefully analyses and studies the survey samples.On the basis of the investigation and research,aiming at the problems existing in the propaganda and ideological work in G County of Central Plains,it analyses and summarizes the specific personality problems,and further carries out the original analysis of the existing problems.Because of analysis.Finally,on the basis of the above,further,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of propaganda and ideological work in G County.
