Analysis Of The Predicament And Countermeasures Of The New Media Legal Propaganda In Basic Judicial Administrative Organization

Nowadays,there are many social conflicts,it is necessary to continuously deepen the reform and development,promote social progress and innovation,resolve social conflicts and disputes effectively,it also needs legal thinking and the rule of law to realize social harmony and stability.How to achieve the rule of law? It requires the community to strict with themselves with a high sense of social responsibility and mission,to understand compliance with the Constitution and the law,to learn to use the rule of law to understand problems,and to use the rule of law to solve problems.To do this,we must with a strong guarantee for the promotion and education of the rule of law.Carrying out publicity and education on the rule of law deeply,enhancing the concept of the rule of law of the broad masses,and advancing the spirit of the socialist rule of law in society is the basic tasks of comprehensively advancing the rule of law and building a socialist country under the rule of law.The propaganda and education of the rule of law should "innovate the forms of propaganda and pay attention to propaganda effectiveness." It can enforce the practical results of the propaganda and education of the rule of law after promoting the propaganda and education of the rule of law's innovation in concept,methods,carrier position.Among them,innovation in carrier position is an important way to enhance the effectiveness of the rule of law propaganda.Under the guidance of establishing a "rule of law in China" and a "rule of law in society," the grass-roots administrative organizations of justice have paid more attention to the use of media channels for popularizing propaganda.New media popularization is fully in line with the action concept "Internet + propaganda of the rule of law".Carrying out popularizing-law education by using internet and App applications,promoting the effectiveness of the rule of law propaganda through innovative forms of propaganda,are highly consistent with the goal of “building a government under the rule of law”,this has become a necessary condition for “the core carrier of popularizing-law propaganda”.This article analyzes the important role of new media in grass-roots law propaganda through literature research,case studies,and questionnaire surveys,the status quo of propaganda and education of new media law under the framework of Shanghai judicial administrative organization.As a modernization carrier and platform for grass-roots society's law education,on the one hand,new media has enabled grass-roots people to improve the content,methods,platforms,and relationships between the subject and the object further,on the other hand,the openness,diversification,virtuality and interaction of new media also make the legal education of grass-roots judicial administrative organizations face new challenges.Sexuality and interactivity have also brought new challenges to the rule of law education of grass-roots judicial administrative organizations.After conducting a thoroughly exploration of the subjective and objective causes of the new media's issues of popularizing knowledge of the law in the grass-roots judicial administrative organizations,we tried to promote the basic construction of the new media law by strengthening grass-roots judicial administrative organizations,mobilizing the village residents to participate in the law propaganda of new media,and mobilizing the support of the public and the media etc,give full play to the positive role of all kinds of new media carriers in grass-roots social law education.Under the new historical conditions,we must continuously enhance our ability to recognize and use new media,be adept at using new media technologies to carry out grass-roots legal education,and play the role of new media technologies in the legal education of grass-roots judicial administrative organizations actively.This study has certain practical significance in strengthening the effectiveness of legal education in the grass-roots society,in order to provide useful reference for the development of new media popularization work of judicial administrative organizations at all levels.
