Research On The Big Data Security For The E-government Development

The technology of big data brings e-government convenience,at the same time it also brings some insecurity.This paper puts forward the evaluation the reliability of big data.Big data security mainly includes the security of big data itself and the environment security of big data.The paper introduces the new reliability evaluation method of big data,and then studies the safety evaluation index of big data,and finally gives the security management strategy of big data,which is the cornerstone for the construction of big data security in the development of e-government.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the big data security for the E-government development,research status at home and abroad,corresponding research contents and methods.The second section introduces the core concepts and theoretical foundations including E-government,the security of the big data and safety management.Then the section introduces the theoretical basis including the risk management theory,system theory and the information security theory.The third section puts forward the development and the problem of E-Government.Then,the section introduces the development trend of E-Government.By application planning and implementation path using,the section uses bid data to e-government,and then further analyzes the problems of data security in e-government.To ensure the reliability of the large data itself,the fourth section first uses the iterative filtering method to ensure the reliability of the big data in the E-government.After that,points out that there are some defects in the method,and then a new statistical method is designed to judge the reliability of the input data.Compared with other iterative filtering method,the new method is more efficient and more accurate.On the basis of ensuring the reliability of big data,the fifth quarter analyzes the environment of big data in e-government.From large data security evaluation index,the quarter gives the index of big data safety management in terms of system,law,technology and organization.Using the analytic hierarchy process,the quarter gets the evaluation index of big data safety.The last section,by the system prevention,legal guarantee,industry self-discipline,technical support and organization guarantee,the section proposes specific strategy of big data security management in e-government.For this paper,the main work is to propose a reliability evaluation method for big data,which can effectively solve the security problem of big data itself.On the basis of guaranteeing data security,the paper evaluates the big data environment,and sets up the big data security evaluation index.Then the paper gives the strategy of large data security management.But in the process of establishing the evaluation indicator,the sample size of each index weight may not be large enough,which may affect the accuracy of the evaluation system.The focus of further work is to expand the survey samples,so as to improve the accuracy of the weights of all indicators.
