Construction And Empirical Research On Evaluation Index System Of Chinese Government Data Open Platform

The government is not only the producer of this country's data,but also the main body of the data.Opening up the data owned by the government can help users collect and use the data to a certain extent,and enhance the value of the data.The significance of the open platform of government data It is to improve the transparency of the government,improve the management capacity of the government,and turn the potential value of the data into real benefits.However,so far there is no complete system to determine whether the user's information needs are met from the existing government data open platform services.For the existing evaluation systems,most of them are descriptive statistical analysis,lacking an open platform for government data.In-depth empirical research.This paper studies the relevant research results of government data open platform evaluation through literature analysis and website survey method,and at the same time uses expert survey method to determine the evaluation index system,and finally selects the government from three dimensions: key data set,platform performance and function construction.The data open platform evaluation index system uses the AHP software to determine the weight of each indicator and construct a complete evaluation index system model.Finally,using the established model to empirically analyze China's government data open platform,select three representative data open platforms,and compare and summarize the evaluation results,and provide construction for China's construction data open platform in the future.
