Analysis On Research Topics And Hotspots Of Chinese Public Management

The operation and reform of the public sector need to recognize the trend of the world trend clearly,conform to the citizens' interests internally,meet the demand of the public.With the enhancement of comprehensive national strength and the awakening of civic consciousness,people is pursuing a higher level of spiritual culture.These social realities put forward new challenges for public organizations especially in the government department.Since the eighteenth national congress,the government promoted comprehensive reform on the system of administrative examination and approval,carried out the reform of the functions of the government and institutional,proposed the rule of law government construction,and so on.As a kind of social science that concerns the activities and rules of public organizations,public management has been entrusted with the mission of the new era in the face of complex social transformation.In 2016,Xi general secretary mentioned philosophy and social science symposium in his speech.He considered that build the Chinese characteristic philosophy and social sciences should base on China,draw lessons from foreign,dig into history,grasp the present.Forming the public management with characteristic of our country can not only helps in governing the country by providing strategy and thought on the theory basis,but also help to improve the international influence of China's public management.It also can help to connect with the world and put forward the international and unique China's subject discourse.Therefore,how to construct public management should be a major topic in academic research.What's more,how to form the public management of Chinese characteristics should be widely discussed.Therefore,this article is dedicated to build a public management with Chinese characteristics,based in the era background of The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,acquired General secretary xi's speech on the construction of Chinese characteristics philosophy and social science as a research starting point.So,the thesis will take the development path of public management and the hot topic as the research perspective.Secondly,the article evaluated the hot topic of public management academic research since 2012 by means of literature metrology,analyzed the development trend of public management through the distribution of high frequency words and clarified the contemporary public management research of the hot research topics and patterns.Finally,combined with literature analysis and measurement results,the conclusion puts forward some suggestion for the construction of public management with Chinese characteristics,so as to promote China's public management to a more characteristic,specialization,systematization and internationalization development.
