A Study On Impact Of Performance Evaluation In TheProgress Of Charity Project

With economic development and social progress,the charity organizations of China have been growing stronger,and has become an important force in promoting social development.A series of charity crisis shows that,if there is no suitable performance evaluation,it hinders the development of charity cause,orderly.Meanwhile,the efficiency and effectiveness of charity project lies on the performance evaluation that affects usage of public resources and even charitable trust and social credibility system.Performance evaluation is imperative.In this study,S project as the research case is initiated by the enterprise and foundation,which is carried out by the charity organizations.Also,S project as the research object based on key stakeholders and is supported by the theory of stakeholders and conducts research on action.Based on the performance and attitude and behavior characteristics of key stakeholders' of S project in three stages of exploration,development and maturation,it states that performance evaluation plays the positive role in project trends,project effectiveness and the satisfaction of key stakeholders from scratch to routinization.The study finds,that performance reflects an attitude of the charity goal for actuators,and while performance evaluation visualized the attitude that is a kind of effective project management tools,which timely detects all sorts of problems existing in the project,effectively reduces the cost of the project management,and ensures project marching toward a pre-determined target.In the same time,the attitude of key stakeholders is the main factor that affects the performance of charity projects.The participation of key stakeholders is quite crucial to project management and project evaluation.The theoretical and practical significance of this study is to take the view of the charity project from perspective of stakeholders and performance evaluation.With the development of charity cause,more and more commercial forces are participated in charity projects,which draws into the business philosophy and it will also deeply affect the charity project management,implementation and evaluation.The performance evaluation balances the efficiency and effectiveness in two concepts of charity and commerce,respectively.Taking the development process of S project as an example,this study attempts to discuss and study the role of performance evaluation in the theoretical value and practical reference significance considerably.
