The Study On The Influence Of Border Opening Over State Sovereignty

The sovereignty is one of the basic elements of the state constitution.The concept of sovereignty is a core concept in political science and international political science.The question of sovereignty is not only a fundamental problem in international political theory but also a key problem in practice of international relations.As the supreme power concept peculiar to the country,the sovereignty itself has certain abstract property,which is a macro-level concept,and the research on the national sovereignty under the threshold of border opening is endowed with the specificity and maneuverability of the national sovereignty.Therefore,the problem to be solved in this thesis is how to safeguard the sovereignty of the country better by the influence of the border area of the national sovereignty and physical border from the closed to the open to the sovereignty of the state.In addition to the conclusions and conclusions,the text responded to the question through three parts.The first part is the theory of national sovereignty and the expression of sovereignty in border areas.This thesis defines the national sovereignty of the core concepts involved in this thesis,combs the contents of the theory and the contents of the concepts,probes into the change of the reality from the normative level and the practical level of the concept,defines the scope of the border areas and analyzes how the state sovereignty appears in the border areas.It is believed that the maintenance of territorial integrity is the basic requirement of national sovereignty in border areas,ensuring that national border security is the important content of national sovereignty in border areas,and safeguarding the sovereignty of economy,culture and information in border areas is the real demand of national sovereignty.The second part is the challenge of border opening to national sovereignty.As the exercise field of the national sovereignty,the border area has brought great challenge to the sovereignty of the state by its geo-space,function and safety maintenance.At the normative level,this has caused great impact on the exclusiveness,closeness and orderliness of the national sovereignty.At the practical level,the difficulty of the country's control over the border area is increased,and the identity of the border people to the country is affected,and the tendency of border management is formed.The third part is the maintenance of state sovereignty under the open nature of the border.Facing the ever-open border areas,it is necessary to maintain sovereignty and interests effectively.Firstly,the state must set up the concept of national sovereignty with the times,grasp the connotation of the enrichment of sovereignty accurately,and have a complete understanding of sovereignty.Secondly,we should correctly understand the advantages and disadvantages of border opening and seize the opportunity to meet the challenge.Finally,the use of a variety of means to achieve integrated security in the border areas requires both traditional and non-traditional means of security,in particular instrumental in economic development,while applying new technologies to border management at the border.
