National sovereignty is of great significance for a country. However, in the current international security environment, the proliferation of non-traditional security issues and international security posed a great threat to traditional national sovereignty and brought new challenges. "Prospering or declining, a loss for both sides" of the security situation so that the degree of interdependence among countries that rapidly growing areas of cooperation and further expand the scope of the international community is facing many countries need to jointly solve problems. For the country's overall interests and long-term development, voluntary and independent decision-making under the premise of sovereignty on an equal basis, the transferring part of the national sovereignty is undoubtedly reasonable and feasible. Transferring part of the country's sovereignty is a historical necessity. In the appropriate context, in the spirit and the pursuit of national interests to maintain the principle of transferring part of the conditional state sovereignty, national sovereignty will not cause damage and weaken.
