After the reform and opening up,migrant workers, mainly migrant workers, migrated to cities on a large scale.Especially in the 1990 s,the migration of the floating population was faster and larger.According to the main contents of the "China's Floating Population Development Report 2016" issued by the State Department of Health,by 2015,the number of floating population in China has reached 247 million, accounting for 18% of the total population, equivalent to one in six people who are floating population.A large number of floating populations work hard in inflow places and live and work in poor conditions. While they contribute to the socio-economic construction of the inflow areas, their health status is also worrying. As China's basic medical insurance still has many problems,it shows the characteristics of urbanization and fragmentation, and if the migrants who participate in medical insurance in the household registration site are to seek medical treatment at the place of entry, there will be difficulties in reimbursement and complicated procedures problem. Therefore, the urban health insurance that participates in the influx is of great significance to the floating population. The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress on "Implementing a Healthy China Strategy" is a major strategic plan for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.It is a comprehensive measure of economic and social development and people's well-being.At present, health has increasingly become an important factor affecting people's sense of well-being,sense of well-being,and security. At the same time, the contradiction between the unbalanced development of medical and health care in China and the growing health needs of the people is more prominent.First, the descriptive statistics were used to analyze in detail the levels and differences of the participation of the floating population in these three types of medical insurance. The differences in the demographic characteristics of the insured population are mainly manifested in males, high education level and overall level of participation in the insured. The insured age group is mainly concentrated in 25-34 years old, elderly persons over 60 years old and under 19 years old are not.Adults participating in these three types of cities have lower levels of medical insurance; With regard to differences in economic characteristics, the overall level of participation of employees employed in state-owned agencies and public institutions is relatively high, and the participation level of private collectives and industrial and commercial individual households is relatively low.In terms of differences in the flow characteristics, the floating population with a long-term desire to stay has a higher level of participation, and the floating population that flows into the eastern region has a higher level of participation than the floating population that has flowed into the central and western regions.Secondly, through the multi-classified Logistic model of the 12 indicators of demographic characteristics, economic characteristics, and flow characteristics,it was found that the rate of participation was significantly related to the type of household, gender, and educational level factors, but the effect was diversified.Wage income, the nature of the unit, the inflow area, the duration of inflows, and the willingness to stay also have a significant effect on the rate of participation.Among these three types of medical insurance, the demographic characteristics, economic characteristics, and flow characteristics have no significant effect on the participation of urban residents' medical insurance and urban-rural cooperative medical insurance in the inflow areas.Among these three types of medical insurance, the demographic characteristics, economic characteristics, and flow characteristics have no significant effect on the participation of urban residents' medical insurance and urban-rural cooperative medical insurance in the inflow areas. Finally, based on the differences in the characteristics and influencing factors of the participation of floating population in these three types of urban medical insurance, reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reasonable measures for improving the participation of floating population in urban residents medical insurance, urban residents medical insurance and urban and rural cooperative medical insurance. And suggestions.
