Study On Present Situation Of Ideological And Political Education Of Farmers And Herdsmen In Naiman County Inner Mongolia

Taking Naiman County in Inner Mongolia as the research object,this paper discusses the current situation,problems and solutions of the ideological and educational education of farmers and herdsmen in minority areas.The natural geography and humanities and social profiles of Naiman County are first introduced.On this basis,the present situation and existing problems of the ideological and political education of farmers and herdsmen at this stage are analyzed.At present,the ideological and political education in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Naiman County has problems such as lower enthusiasm of the farmers and herdsmen to participate in the ideological and political education,lack of effective management in ideological and political education at grassroots level,solidified and less innovative ideological and political education mode at grassroots level,and poor social environment and basic conditions in rural areas.The above-mentioned problems are mainly caused by the relatively low education level of farmers and herdsmen,the incompleteness supporting mechanisms of ideological and political education at grassroots level,insufficient understanding of ideological and political education among grassroots party members and leaders,and the constraints of ideological and political education by cultural customs.It is of great significance to analyze the present situation of the ideological and political education of farmers and herdsmen in Naiman County of Inner Mongolia for improving ideological and political education of farmers and herdsmen,finding new ideas and new strategies.Party organizations and governments at all levels do well in ideological and political education of farmers and herdsmen in agriculture and pastoral areas,which will not only promote the rapid economic development of the agricultural and pastoral areas,but also benefit the unity and common development of all ethnic groups in the country and the region.The paper thinks that raising the level of Ideological and political education of farmers and herdsmen must adhere to the party's national work ideology in the new era and firmly grasp the grand goal of building a well-off society.It is also necessary to combine the actual situation of the Naiman County,respect local ethnic differences,pay attention to local conditions,increase the ideological and political awareness of local farmers and herdsmen,and increase their recognition of the Party's and national policies and routes.In order to improve the level and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of farmers and herdsmen in the area,the paper proposes countermeasures and measures for the status quo and problems of farmers and herdsmen in Naiman County,such as strengthening comprehensive education and increasing participation awareness,improving long-term mechanism and strengthening assessment,optimizing the structure of cadres and improving theoretical literacy,innovating the carrier of education and creating a good environment.
