Study On The Management Of Left-behind Childrenin X Township,Guanzhou City

The growth of the left behind children in rural China is a derivative problem caused by the lagging urbanization.The large number of migrant workers are going to work in cities.How to solve this problem and create a suitable environment for the healthy growth of left behind children in rural areas is of great significance to the construction of new countryside,economic development and social stability in china.Therefore,it is urgent for us to study the growth status of rural left behind children.Based on the perspective of public management,this paper takes the X township of Quanzhou in Fujian as a case studyto study the life,learning and mental health of the left behind children in the rural areas,to reveal the problems of the growth of the left behind children,analyze the reasons and put forward the solutions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)compared with non left behind children,left behind children are more prominent in their behavior,learning and moral character in the process of growth.It is because that left behind children lack family,school,government and social care in the process of growth.The lack of family education and parental care for the left behind children has a direct negative impact on the growth of the left behind children.The left behind children and families should effectively deal with the problem of the companionship of migrant workers and children,and let the parents who are able to feel the affection of the parents and the education of the family.(2)The children left behind received less care from the school which lead to the psychological guidance and education given by the school were less.Therefore,the rural primary and secondary schools should pay more attention to the left behind children and set up the related courses and activities of psychological guidance and education under the condition that the conditions are allowed.(3)Local governments should devote more attention to eliminating the two yuan structure of urban and rural areas,bridging the gap between urban and rural areas,which introducing effective care for left behind children and increasing financial input in this area,so as to effectively alleviate the outstanding problems of rural left behind children.(4)The study found that the mechanism of the social care for the left behind children has not been established.The society has not paid enough attention to the growth of the left behind children.We should increase the attention of the civil society organizations to the left behind children so as to form an effective mechanism for the growth of the children.The innovation of this paper is to broaden and deepen the research field and field of vision for the growth of rural left behind children based on the perspective of government public management,so as to provide a solution and reference for the government for the healthy growth of rural left behind children.Limited to the study time and academic level,this paper still has the following shortcomings,China’s rural areas are vast which lead to the results of this case and the corresponding solutions for the growth of rural left behind children in other areas are universality and need further in-depth discussion.
