In today’s economic globalization,the information society,all kinds of social contradictions under the background,has greatly changed the pattern of information dissemination,public opinion ecology,public participation,public opinion has become an important part of social management of public security organs,is an important part of the public security organs to safeguard national security and social stability.This paper probes into the problems existing in the disposal of the police image crisis in the network public opinion,and puts forward some countermeasures,which has important practical significance.The author consults a lot in recent years occurred in Hubei and the domestic part where there is serious influence public opinion on police information,Based on the theory of public choice and governance theory of public administration,combined with the new media era background and information dissemination characteristics,analysis of public opinion on police,and deal with the fermentation process,that public opinion on police are mainly due to social and economic transformation in the special period,network security lack of standardized management,team construction of public security flaws,some media malicious speculation,the construction of the rule of law is not perfect and so many reasons.The author through on-the-spot investigation,and according to the actual situation of Hubei social development and the construction of public security team,proposes to establish-and perfect the system of norms,authoritative news release,to strengthen the police and media public relations,to adapt to the characteristics of the new media era of information dissemination for the local government to support several operational public security organs to enhance the response to police public opinion the ability to program.
