Research On Administration Towards Outlanders In K City Of China

Entry&exit administration by public security bureau is an important part of national administration,and it also represents one of the frontier positions of the basic national policy of the state's opening to the outside world.It plays an important supporting role in the development of social economy.The internal management of overseas personnel is a part of the entry and exit management framework,and its importance is particularly prominent.After the founding of new China,especially during the period of the Cultural Revolution,the domestic management of overseas personnel was almost in a stagnant state because of the closure of the door to the outside world.Since the reform and opening up,along with the continuous development of our social undertakings and the improvement of comprehensive national strength,this work is also progressively improving,playing a positive role in safeguarding national sovereignty,providing convenience for entry and exit,and serving economic construction.With the continuous deepening of globalization,the flow of people,materials,information,technology and other elements across the country and across regions is becoming more and more frequent.The entry and exit management departments of public security organs bear more and more pressure on the management of population,while their service management functions are richer.Relying on its unique regional advantages,K city attracts more and more overseas people with a profound historical and cultural accumulation and a complete industrial chain.Because of its complexity,it will cause more social problems,increase the difficulty of population management,and bring new problems and new challenges to social security.Through the analysis of the current situation of the management of foreign personnel in K city in recent years,it is found that there are many shortcomings and defects in the management.Starting from the practice of domestic management of overseas personnel in K City,this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the entry management of overseas personnel in K city,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving ideological understanding,scientifically configuring police force and strengthening information construction.We also discussed the establishment of a unified nationwide control system for overseas personnel.The goal is to enhance the related departments' management capacity of foreign affairs,strengthen the management level of overseas personnel,and actively serve the overall situation of economic construction and safety and stability.
