Research On The Path Of Promoting Urban Community Smart Governance

With the in-depth integration of information technology such as "Internet plus" and community governance,smart governance as a new governance model is promoting a new round of community governance transformation.However,the mode of community smart governance in our country is in the stage of practice and exploration,and the theoretical research on how to realize the concrete governance of community smart governance is lack,and the related research needs to be expanded and deepened.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out research on community smart governance and explore the path of community smart governance.On the basis of previous studies,this paper firstly defines the relevant concepts of urban community smart governance,elaborates relevant theories,and serves these as the starting point of the research.Then the paper analyzes the significance of community smart governance to the modernization of urban communities in China.Then the paper selects the practice exploration of community smart governance in Suzhou industrial park as a typical case,and analyzes its main practice and practice results.However,due to the constraints of fragmented tendency,technological orientation,bureaucratic dilemma and polarization participation in community smart governance,systematized integration needs to be strengthened,the satisfaction of residents need to be improved,the degree of integration of multiple subjects needs to be improved and the degree of participation of the residents needs to be promoted in Suzhou industrial park.In order to solve these problems,we should improve the top-level design and enhance the systematicness of community smart governance;optimize governance technologies and improve community residents' satisfaction with community smart governance;solve the dilemma of bureaucracy and enhance the integration of multiple subjects in communitysmart governance;innovate the working mechanism to improve the quality of community residents' participation in community smart governance.
