Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Governance

In 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC,examine and adopt <The decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening the reform>,presented that the over all objective of comprehensive deepening reform is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,promote national governance systems and governance modernization.As the country's top design, it requires the combine of its microcosmic foundation.It's no doubt that the combination of the urban community governance is an important part.Characteristic of Chinese modern community governance goal should be "two committees responsible for community,residents participation,social coordination",this goal not only conforms to the requirements of China's social management system innovation since the eighteenth big,and accords with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper studies on the structure is divided into three parts.The first part of the paper, the first chapter, mainly for paper selected topic background, research significance,research methods and related concepts, etc.The second part is the paper main body part,this part including the second chapter, the third chapter, the forth chapter.In the second chapter, the thesis on the premise of combing the related standards, to build the Chinese characteristic modern community governance goal.The third chapter, steam paper to the community as a case analysis of current situation and problems of community governance,analysis of community bear responsibility situation and problems of the "two committees",community residents to participate in the situation and problems,community social organization management situation and problems together.The fourth chapter, from individual to general,in view of the problems existing in the steam the community governance,community governance issues commonly countermeasure analysis is put forward.The third part, is the conclusion part of the paper.According to the research of the thesis analysis,the author's conclusion is:under the management modernization,the community needs to strengthen the responsibility of the "two committees" bear ability,increase the degree of residents to participate in,strengthen social organization collaborative governance ability.Through the "troika" joint participation in community governance,can find a practical way to modern community governance with Chinese characteristics.
