Research On Time Improvement Of T Administrative Approval Service Based On Unit Layout Process Reengineering

In recent years,the State Council has continued to push ahead with the reform of " letting go of administrative services",streamlining administration and delegating power,optimizing administrative approval services,and providing impetus for China's economic and social transformation and " supply-side" reform.Administrative approval is a key factor that directly affects the vitality of microeconomic field.High-quality administrative approval service can effectively reduce the operating costs of enterprises in the region,alleviate social contradictions,accelerate economic transformation and service-oriented government construction.M city economy should continue to maintain high quality,high efficiency,high speed,low consumption development,need to further emancipate the productive forces,and constantly break the constraints in the field of microeconomic system,procedural restrictions.Using unit layout process reengineering to optimize the administrative approval service process can effectively shorten the examination and approval time,reduce administrative costs,improve service quality,improve the satisfaction of administrative relative person.Therefore,optimizing the service process of administrative approval is an important measure to promote the rapid economic development of M city.Based on the lean six sigma theory and service process improvement theory,this paper takes the K department process improvement of M city administrative approval business relatively concentrated as an example,studies the existing problems of K department administrative approval process,based on the evaluation of administrative relative person satisfaction,uses lean six sigma to find out the key factors,then focuses on how to optimize the approval service process,discusses the administrative approval service process improvement scheme,and finally puts forward the safeguard measures and improvement suggestions of the K department administrative approval service process improvement scheme.Through the analysis of K department's administrative approval service process improvement,it will have a good demonstration effect on improving service quality and mass satisfaction.From the administrative approval of the whole M city business,service process improvement,reduce operating costs,improve service efficiency,promote the development of high quality and low consumption,and ultimately promote the construction of service-oriented government will also have positive significance.
