Research On The Positive Role Of Rural Regulations And Folklore In Rural Social Trust Construction

The report of the 19th Party Congress put forward the strategy of revitalizing villages,and put forward certain requirements on ideological and ethical construction of farmers,villagers' self-governance,and the level of the country's rule of virtue.This provides a strategy for rural residents to play a positive role in the construction of rural social trust.support.Rural rules and regulations are an important means for the governance of rural areas in China.They are basic guarantees for maintaining the stability of rural social order and promoting the sustainable development of rural society.Therefore,in the face of various difficulties in the construction of trust in rural communities,the township rules and regulations should give full play to their active role in promoting the development of rural social trust.Based on the theoretical knowledge of public administration,sociology,law and other disciplines,this paper combines the practice of building social trust in rural communities in Miluo of Hunan province's Township and deepens the positive role of rural regulations and civil society in rural social trust building.Systematic research and analysis will explore the effective ways in which the rural people's covenant plays an active role in building social trust in rural areas.Enhancing rural social trust and promoting the building of rural spiritual civilization will be of great significance in realizing the great strategy of rejuvenating the countryside.The role played by township rules and regulations in the construction of rural social trust refers to the role of moral education and behavioral restraint in the construction of rural social trust through the moral norms formulated by the villagers.At present,the problems that arise from the role of the township rules and people's agreements in building social trust in rural areas are mainly reflected in the elimination of the values of traditional township rules and regulations,the weakening of the role of the township rules and regulations,and the lack of publicity in township rules and regulations,and rural areas.The existence of non-standard and other aspects of the formulation of rules and regulations has caused the emergence of these problems mainly due to individual differences among villagers,accelerated social mobility in rural areas,and increased interest competition.In this regard,an effective way for rural residents' agreements to play an active role in building social trust in rural areas should start with the following four aspects:First,improve the system construction of rural regulations and social contractors in the construction of rural social trust,which mainly includes the regulation of rural residents The formulation process of the covenants and shaping the authority of the township rules and conventions;the second is to pay attention to the rural social trust culture construction in the folk rules and regulations of the township,which mainly includes promoting the rural social trust culture in the traditional folk conventions and the development of contemporary township regulations.The civil society trust culture in the people's covenants;the third is to strengthen publicity of rural regulations and civil society in the new construction of rural society,mainly including the emphasis on the development of township regulations and civil activities,the application of rural residents' new media,and the role of new county sages;It is a guarantee mechanism for the improvement of rural residents' trust in the construction of social trust in rural areas.It mainly includes strengthening the implementation of township rules and regulations,paying attention to the implementation feedback of township regulations,and carrying out the governance performance evaluation of township regulations.
