In the 1950s,Hannah Arendt formally proposed the term "public sphere" concept.In the 1960s,through the more detailed explanation given by Jurgen Habermas in the"structural transformation of the public Sphere ",the "public sphere" had a broad and far-reaching impact in academia.With the advent of the information age,media technology and form of unprecedented breadth and depth,change our social structure and way of life.The new carrier of new forms of communication,represented by microblogging WeChat(hereinafter referred to as "double micro"),has been and will have a significant impact on the public domain.On the basis of combing the theory of the traditional public sphere,the article explains the formation and development of the network public sphere,and reviews the three different stages of the information communication since the birth of the network public sphere from the perspective of political communication.This paper analyzes the difference of communication mode,political function and crisis management ability in the network public sphere represented by "double micro",and analyzes the development dilemma of "critical spirit,communication rationality,and publicity" and so on.This paper finally put forward the countermeasures to optimize the development of "double micro" public sphere.
