In recent years, microblogging and WeChat have a rapid development. They have become the center of public opinion and the expansion of public opinion. Especially after the incident occurred, because of the openness of the platform and the spread of fissionability, microblogging field is the main source of emergencies'information. Whether microblogging's fiery onlookers or WeChat's Moments' flying rumors, all bring unprecedented challenges for the relevant government departments. After an emergency occurs, on the one hand, Government microblogging and Government WeChat can grasp of public opinion, then timely release the information and guide the public opinion; on the other hand, they can use the platform to integrate livelihood services and carry out emergency disposal. Under this background, it is a great significance to combine the advantages of the government microblogging and government WeChat, and integrate their resources to form a cohesive force, then knock the "double micro-platform".From the perspective of the link between Government microblogging and Government WeChat, this paper researched how to joint the "double micro-platform" by combining with the emergencies and comparing with Government microblogging and Government WeChat. Now, the risk of frequent incidents is increasing in the social transformation, social media has become an important platform for emergency public opinion fermentation, micro propagation has jumped the mainstream mode of transmission, and "Internet plus government" has been developed owing to the media convergence. Under this background, the complementary medium attribute of the "double micro-platform", the collection of public opinion and the boost of top-level design, which all drove the dissemination of the linkage between Government microblogging and Government WeChat. Government microblogging and Government WeChat were coordinated toghter to construct the linkage transmission mechanism, from the aspects of platform integration, resource integration, content cooperation, joint publishing.Government "double micro-platform" enhances the precise effect of government information dissemination, the cluster effect of the spread of "double micro-platform", and interaction effects on other subjects. However, the ideas of "double micro-platform" linkage was insufficient, and skills were lacked. There were also fragmented and overlapping management. These all stunted the linkage of "double micro-platform". In fact, the linkage of "double micro-platform" needs collaboration between many departments. Therefore, the operations and managers should built the frame of the linkage of "double micro-platform", then guide the specific cooperation between "double micro-platform" in emergencies, according to the aspects of transforming ideas and improving operation ability and perfecting the administrative system and so on.
