The Social Assistance System For The Poor People In Traffic Accidents In YJ City

Social assistance is an important foundation for improving and solving the problem of people's livelihood and the fundamental guarantee for maintaining social stability.In recent years,with the rapid development of our social economy,the number of motor vehicle ownership is soaring year by year.Road and traffic supporting facilities are also constantly improved.People's travel conditions are getting better,but at the same time,the number of traffic accidents remains high.After suffering from traffic accident,due to the uncertainty of compensation and its hysteresis,some people cannot get effective treatment or compensation without a degree of economic strength.There is no guarantee for their right to life,more serious,it even affects life quality of their whole family.Therefore,it is necessary to build a social assistance system for the poor people in traffic accidents.In this paper,through interpreting relevant concepts,combined with domestic and foreign advanced theoretical system,we used family in traffic accident in YJ city as the unit of research object,and analyzed families' contrast living conditions before and after the traffic accident.Besides,we summed up the causes of poverty,and using typical case as proof,we further explored how to build the social assistance system for poor people in traffic accidents.The key points of this paper are as follows:(1)improve the relevant laws and regulations,then we can give social assistance to the victims from the beginning of the traffic accidents,which will help to carry out the follow up the work of poverty alleviation.(2)strengthen the coordination and cooperation of various government departments,contact all sectors of society,and work together to build a complete social assistance system for the poor people in traffic accidents.(3)increase government input,especially for social enterprises,to escort social enterprises and provide convenient policy support.(4)in response to President Jinping Xi's call for precise poverty alleviation,to actively implement the precise poverty alleviation of targeted poverty,and effectively improve the living conditions of poverty-stricken people,especially those poor people in traffic accidents.
