For more than 20 years of reform and opening-up,our country national economy rapid development,people's living standards improve,people's housing conditions have improved considerably.The mainly residential city real estate market development in China,to drive economic growth and improve people's living standard has played an important role.The related degree of real estate industry is high,the economic benefit is obvious,has become the pillar industry of our national economy.However,the greater achievements of the real estate market in China at the same time,we cannot ignore the problems in the process of the real estate market development,for example in this area,for example,the government's macroeconomic regulation and control measures of the real estate market and the development of the real estate market situation,to say the regulation did not reach the expected goal,with "total basic balance of demand and supply,reasonable structure,basic price stability" of the macroeconomic regulation and control goal obvious gap.To study the local government behavior in real estate market is to study the role of local government in real estate market and the position of government function.Therefore,this article on the current situation of the real estate market of our country,on the basis of correct understanding of the current situation of the local government behavior in the real estate market of our country,problems,as well as the cause of the system,and scientific definition of the real estate market,the role of local government behavior of refactoring the local government behavior mode and the corresponding system innovation.This article takes 2011-2016 as the research period,firstly analyzes the real estate market situation in Jiangyan District during that period;secondly,it analyzes the problems in the real estate market in Jiangyan District.Once again,it analyzes the government behavior in the real estate market in Jiangyan District.The related problems and causes were found;and finally,the government' s behavior in Jiangyan District was initiated and related suggestions for more effective government behavior were proposed.This study has important practical significance for increasing local government's execution of central real estate policies and further standardizing local government behavior.
