Research On The Supply Capacity Of Public Service In Rural Grass-roots Government

Since eighteen,the goal of deepening rural reform is to build a rural service-oriented government and accelerate the transformation of government functions,which is the inevitable requirement of social development.But because of many historical or realistic complicated factors,the construction of rural grassroots service-oriented government should according to local conditions,and promote the construction of rural grassroots service-oriented government in the process,for some special and sensitive issues should be especially cautious,grasp the opportunity.We should give priority to the reform of the functions of the government and the reform of the financial system of the townships and towns,but the reform should be synchronized with the reform of the whole country.This paper takes Dongyang city town(street)365 convenient service center as the research object,to explore the grass-roots government's public service capacity,is based on the construction of township civil service center to meet the farmers' demand,the construction of new socialist countryside has important significance.In the new period,many new problems in rural society,which requires the township government to adapt to the new situation,to meet the new demands of farmers,villages and towns convenient service centers set up to meet the masses of public service diversification,high quality and convenient requirements.The purpose of this study is to study how to build a convenient service center for rural residents at the present stage,so as to improve the public service capacity of the rural grass-roots government and promote the construction of public service-oriented government of the township government.In this paper,through the collation on the development status of service center and Dongyang city streets,365 towns convenient service center,respectively,were investigated from the perspective of farmers,workers and institutions from the perspective of their own,put forward their own new views based on grasping the present situation of the.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the public service capacity of grass-roots government in Dongyang,and reflects a series of problems existing in the development process of township convenience service centers in China,and puts forward corresponding solutions.This paper studies on how to improve the public service ability of township government,to solve the problems of agriculture,plays a crucial role in the development of the rural society,strengthen grass-roots government public service ability construction,to promote the construction of new socialist countryside,promote the all-round development of rural economy and society,is of great strategic significance.
