The cultivation is an important part of College-Graduate Village Officials'management.The quality of the cultivation is directly related to the job performance of College-Graduate Village Officials.Jiangsu Province,as the earliest province to carry out the work of College-Graduate Village Officials,has made great achievements in the training work.However,there are also some shortcomings and deficiencies.This article is based on the existing research,taking College-Graduate Village Officials in Tongshan District,Xuzhou City as the research object,to discuss the status quo and existing problems.Based on this,the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cultivation of College-Graduate Village Officials.This article mainly includes five parts:The first chapter is an introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the cultivation work of College-Graduate Village Officials.Afterwards,the author sort out the existing research results in China.Finally,the author puts forward the research ideas and research methods of this article.The second chapter is the introduction of related concepts and theories.Firstly,the author defined the concept of 'College-Graduate Village Officials' and 'the cultivation work of College-Graduate Village Officials'.Then,the author gives a brief introduction of related theories:Rural grassroots governance theory,Staff training theory,Career development theory and Incentive theory.The third chapter mainly analyzes the status quo,accomplishments,existing problems and reasons of College-Graduate Village Officials in Tongshan District,Xuzhou City.By means of literature search,questionnaire survey and interviews,we conclude that there are mainly five problems in the Cultivation work of College-Graduate Village Officials.The main problems are:the rationality of training contents needs to be strengthened;the ways and means of training are lack of innovation;the lack of communication and cooperation among the training subjects;the lack of enthusiasm for training subjects;the importance of nurturing objects is overlooked.In response to the problem,the author has identified four main reasons:the relevant state policies are not yet perfect;the emphasis attached by the local government to the cultivation of university and village officials is not enough;the mode of education in colleges and universities needs to be innovated;the quality of university and village officials needs to be improved;There is social deviation in the cognition of college students and village officials.The fourth chapter gives a brief introduction of the training measures for College-Graduate Village Officials in Other Regions in China,mainly summarizes the successful experiences that can be referred to in order to provide reference for the cultivation of College-Graduate Village Officials in Tongshan District,Xuzhou city.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures to further improve the training of village officials in Tongshan district of Xuzhou city.Mainly from the following five aspects:establishing and perfecting relevant national policy and management mechanism,perfecting college student training system,innovating university training mode,improving college students' comprehensive quality and relying on other social theories.The author hopes that with the research of this article,it can provide some useful references for the cultivation of College-Graduate Village Officials in our country.
