Research On The College-graduate Village Official's Quality Evaluation In Guang Zhou Zengcheng District

With the implementation of the policy of college-graduate village official,the end of the term of college-graduate village officials gradually increased,because they work in rural areas for a long time in rural life,far from the city,for the re-employment problem,the party and the Government for the expiration of college-graduate village officials shunt also issued a series of resettlement methods and preferential measures.However,the impact of various factors on resettlement work has not been satisfactory.The problem of reemployment of college-graduate village official has also become an important subject of department,which has influenced the long-term development of the policy of the college-graduate village officials.How to determine the quality of the college-graduate village official not only determines the effectiveness of their work,but also determines whether the expiry can be smoothly diverted,but also from the side reflects the local government to implement the effect of the village officials' policy.Therefore,it is urgent to need a complete set of index system to evaluate the quality of the college-graduate village official in order to master the situation of the personnel of the college-graduate village official,to facilitate the corresponding measures to improve their quality and to do a good job of diversion,so that the expiry of the University of the successful re-employment of the village officials.For this reason,based on the theory of Marx's comprehensive development of human beings,this paper explores the evaluation index system of college-graduate village official 's quality on the basis of the research of literature and the method of questionnaire investigation,depth interview and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)..Through the study of literature and policy,as well as in-depth interviews,the paper preliminarily determines the embryonic form of the evaluation system of the quality of college-graduate village officials,and then relies on the prototype of the evaluation system of the quality of college-graduate village officials to determine the weights of each index and the main body of evaluation.Further determine the quality evaluation system of college-graduate village officials,the quality of the college-graduate village officials consists of four indexes of knowledge,skill,trait,motivation and attitude,and according to the evaluation system of the quality of the college-graduate village officials,the paper makes a survey of the quality status of the college-graduate village officials in Guangzhou Zengcheng District,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score.The results of survey demonstrate that the college-graduate village officials in Guangzhou Zengcheng District have overall better quality,but there are some defects in their professional quality,entrepreneurial ability and innovative ability.According to the results of the study,some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of the college village officials.This article concludes that the improvement of the quality of the college village officials should be done in the following aspects.First of all,the professional structure of the college village officials shall be optimized;Secondly,the professional knowledge of the village officials shall be improved;Thirdly,the entrepreneurial ability of the students shall be trained.Fourthly,measures shall be taken to improve the innovative ability of the college village.Lastly,the management system for the village officials shall be updated.
