Research On The Construction Of Public Pension Institutions In Dalian

In recent years,Dalian's economic development is rapid,but the development of pension institutions is far behind.Based on the current situation of public pension institutions in Dalian,based on the guidance of Xu Qingli,this paper puts forward the hypothesis from hardware environment,daily diet,health care service,interpersonal relationship and work management.The satisfaction questionnaire was designed,and the random sampling survey,questionnaire collection and statistical data were collected on the field.From the pension institutions basic situation,financial situation,development planning,management,evaluation,degree of social concern,and the person in charge of pension institutions,pension institutions,staff pension institutions stay personnel interviews,status of pension institutions in Dalian have a whole understanding.And then analyze the main problems existing in the construction of public pension institutions in Dalian and the fundamental reasons for the problems.In the process of preparing writing papers,under the recommendation of Xu Qingli's tutor,he read a lot of documents,books and papers on the construction of pension institutions at home and abroad,the management and operation of pension institutions,and the exploration of old-age service system.Based on the domestic and foreign many pension institution building methods and ideas are summed up,compares and draws lessons from the advantages,combined with the actual situation of Dalian City,finally the feasibility of the proposed construction of Dalian city pension agency,to make a modest contribution to the development of pension institutions in Dalian city.The full text is divided into six parts.The first chapter of the thesis is the introduction,which includes the domestic and foreign research summarization of the construction of pension institutions and the background,significance and thinking method of this paper.The second part is the overview and combing of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis in this article.Three definitions of pension institutions,public pension institutions and public pension institutions are restated.Based on the theory of public service,the theory of social needs and the three theories of social welfare theory of the third roads,this paper supports the theory of this article.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the construction of the public pension institutions in Dalian.Based on a questionnaire survey and interviews on the status of pension institutions in Dalian City,objectively through the analysis of the main measure of the construction of the Dalian city public pension institutions to take at present and achievements,and then summarizes the main existing problems and the fundamental causes of the problems existed in the construction of the Dalian City public pension institutions.The fourth part is the experience of the construction of public pension institutions in six cities in China and abroad.Through the elaboration of the pension mode of the United States,Japan,Holland and other countries,such as Anshan,Yantai and Shenzhen,this paper analyzes the advanced experience and good measures of the construction of the pension institutions,and summarizes the experience and inspiration from the Dalian's own characteristics.The fifth part is to strengthen the analysis of the Countermeasures for the construction of public pension institutions in Dalian.Based on improving the construction of Dalian endowment service system,it puts forward practical suggestions for the construction of Dalian pension institutions.That is,combining the actual situation in Dalian area,we will build and develop public pension institutions in Dalian through the use of previous research results and experience at home and abroad.The sixth part is the conclusion of the article.Through summing up,effective pension institutions of Dalian construction and healthy development and to the opinion and function effectively,accelerate the reasonable solution to related issues,Dalian increase the occupancy rate of the pension agency,improve the elderly stay satisfaction and improve the quality of nursing in elderly people in Dalian City,and the whole society in the elderly.
