With the change of population structure and the continuous development of economy and society in China,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,in the fast pace of life background,young people leave home to get married,employment,study population increase,thus,under the combined effect of many factors,the empty nest elderly gradually increased.Their support for the aged has become an unavoidable and important content in the development of society and people's livelihood.In China's first intelligent pension strategy seminar,it was predicted that by 2050,China's empty nest elderly will occupy more than 54%of the total number of elderly population.In reality,the empty nest model has become the mainstream mode of most families,replaced the traditional"four generations under one roof' model.In 2016,the fourth China urban and rural elderly living conditions sampling survey results show that,at present,the national empty nest elderly has more than half of the total population of the elderly.Empty nest elderly in the daily life care,spiritual,psychological comfort and other aspects of the more missing,seriously affecting their quality of life,and even the formation of empty nest elderly death tragedy.Therefore,the empty nest elderly pension problem has become a major social problem can't be ignored.This paper uses the method of literature analysis,case analysis method and interview method,on the basis of Empty Nester and social pension and other knowledge on the content of the current Empty Nester community endowment status in Beijing Financial Street Fenghuiyuan community are analyzed,causes to understand the main problems Empty Nester community endowment and the problem.From the overall grasp of the community endowment in Empty Nester pension business development value,and the main difficulties,then puts forward some countermeasures with pertinence to improve nursing mode,improve the quality of life of elderly community Empty Nester Empty Nester,in order to solve and improve the Empty Nester pension problem,provide a useful reference to solve the problem of empty nest the old man in the life,emotion,health care and other aspects of the problem.
