Research On The Service Mode For The Aged In The Intelligent Community

The problem of aging and empty-nest in China have become more and more serious in recent years.At present and in the future people will have to face the urgent need to solve the retirement problem.Affecting by population,family structure,China's urbanization process,traditional concept and other elements,as the basic unit of residents' life,the community will provide the perfect and systematic retirement service.With the idea of "smart elderly care",people begin to consider to use advanced IT technology to serve the community,realize the effective integration of old-age service resources,and provide better service for the old.In order to understand the retirement situation of our country,the author visited and investigated the Shanan community in Nanming district Guiyang city,Guizhou province.Firstly,the author conducts field investigation and data collection on the basic population,infrastructure,geographical situation and service resources of Shanan community.Secondly,the community has carried on the interview to investigate the government departments and service objects,to attain the current government retirement working mode and the problems existing in the retirement work,the retirement status,difficulties and expectations of service objects.To analyse the key problems of retirement that exist in home of Shanan community a.Finally,synthesize the domestic and foreign related cases study,use Internet,mobile Internet,intelligent technology to build the retirement ecosystem community home retirement pattern,expand the scheme design of smart community retirement.
