Research On China's New Energy Automobile Industry Law

Car is an indispensable modern family travel tool.The automobile industry is also a pillar industry of the national economy.However,the traditional car consumption of fossil fuels not only exacerbates the risk of global fossil energy shortages,but also discharges a large number of harmful gases,causing urban air pollution.Therefore,both energy-saving and environmental protection of new energy vehicles,people have high hopes,has become the future direction of the development of the car.After more than 10 years of development,China's new energy automotive industry initially formed scale.However,in the development of the new energy automotive industry is still facing many problems,such as the consumer market is not mature,charging facilities are not perfect,and even burst out of the car cheat the scandal.These problems on the one hand because of technical and management factors,the current laws and policies related to the new energy vehicles in China are imperfect,which leads to the emergence of many obstacles in China.New challenges require new countermeasures.Therefore,how to improve the new energy vehicles laws and policies to enhance their industrial competitiveness,we need to solve the real problem.The article includes introduction,text and conclusion,the text is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the basic theory of new energy vehicles,elaborated the concept of new energy vehicles,types and the necessity of its development,as well as our country law by industry policy to confirm the status of the new energy automotive industry,and promote the development of the industry.The second part is to summarize the current new energy automotive industry legal policy analysis,it is concluded that China's new energy automotive industry related legal system is imperfect,unreasonable subsidy policy,charging infrastructure construction,public service promotion of new energy vehicles,government procurement policy is not perfect.The third part is theto analyze the legal policies to support the development of new energy automobile industry in the United States,Japan and Europe.The fourth part is the perfection of legal policy,new energy vehicles industry specific from perfect new energy automobile industry in the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection of legal policy,perfecting the subsidy policy,planning and construction of the charging facilities,improve the public service sector and government procurement policies put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.
