| With the completion of hydropower development projects in major river basins in our province and the further development and utilization of new energy sources such as solar energy and wind energy,there has been a trend of oversupply in the power industry.With the deepening of the national electric power reform and the continuous development of electricity market transactions,the cost of electricity consumption in Kunming will inevitably decrease.From the industrial support point of view,Kunming has many new energy automobile production enterprises,with a variety of new energy passenger cars,van logistics vehicles,sanitation vehicles and other types of production capacity,new energy automotive parts industry chain is relatively perfect.Kunming will have a broad market for the popularization of new energy vehicles in the future.Actively promoting the construction of charging facilities can not only drive the development of new energy vehicles and related industries,promote the transformation and upgrading of industries,but also absorb excess electricity and realize the transformation to a low-carbon economic development mode.On the basis of reviewing the course and current situation of the development of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the main problems and difficulties.Based on the data obtained from the actual investigation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the construction of energy vehicle charging infrastructure in Kunming on the basis of the existing problems in the implementation of Kunming’s current policies.This paper chooses Smith model as the framework of theoretical research,and takes the government’s behavior in the construction of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure in Kunming as the research object.It hopes to find out the shortcomings and shortcomings by discussing the current policies and systems of the state and Kunming,and draw a new idea on the promotion and application of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure in Kunming from the perspective of policy implementation.Road. |
